The body experiencing pain, disease or dysfunction is evidence of imbalance. Re-balancing is a bodymind, often palpably emotional, experience and can happen profoundly in stillness of the mind, presence and care.
Listening to what you have to share before and at any time during and after the session is a must and very helpful. Listening to your body during a session guides the most effective treatment.
