Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) is one of two variations of craniosacral therapy offered at Big Heart. BCST is a subtle and profound healing art that uses gentle, respectfully negotiated touch as a form of deep listening & attunement to the whole of a person so as to encourage, augment & support innate healing processes. It is a powerful way to address & promote healing of pain, trauma & the various kinds of suffering or disease to which we may be subject.

Through a negotiated dialogue, communicating predominantly through appropriate, attentive touch, though also speaking at times, the therapist holds the client in a safe, unconditionally accepting field of relation to support & encourage the healing potential & action of the client’s inner life force. In essence,  the deepest aim & expression of this therapy is the healing that arises from our supported sensed & embodied remembering of the living source & ground of our being. Note: Please schedule initial appointments for 90 minutes. Subsequent sessions can be 60 or 90 mins as needed or preferred.
